Shipping & Returns

Shipping Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days; international orders may take 7-14 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight, and free shipping is offered above qualifying order thresholds where noted at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door. Returns & Exchanges We want you to love your fragrance. If you are not fully satisfied, unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Opened items can only be returned if defective or damaged in transit. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label. Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
